Terms and Conditions for The Go! Project Feedback Raffle

 

Eligibility: This raffle is open to all users who received a neutral or negative service rating prompt from The Go! Project. Employees of The Go! Project and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

Survey Completion: To enter the raffle, participants must complete the feedback survey through the provided link. The survey must be completed in full for the entry to be valid.

 

Feedback Requirements: Feedback should be constructive and detailed. Entries with vague or non-specific feedback will not be eligible for the raffle. We encourage honesty and specificity to help us improve our services.

 

Deadline for Entries: The deadline for survey submission is April 18th, 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible for the raffle.

 

Raffle Draw and Notification: The raffle draw will take place on April 19th, 2024. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within [number of days] days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be drawn.

 

Prize: Ten winners will each receive a $100 prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered, except at the sole discretion of The Go! Project.

 

Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely in connection with the administration of this raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

Agreement to Terms: By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

Disqualification: The Go! Project reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to entries that do not comply with the feedback requirements or that attempt to manipulate the entry process.

 

Governing Law: This raffle is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 

This raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms where it may be promoted.
